A study model was developed for this study and 224 surveys were collected from employees of different manufacturing industries of Pakistan. The findings of this study provide valuable insights and guidelines for manufacturing firms in Pakistan to enhance their environmental performance and promote sustainable practices. By addressing risk perception, and integrating ECSR practices, organizations can enhance their environmental performance and contribute to sustainability efforts.
